huminSOIL technology

With huminSOIL technology activated carbon is incorporated into the soil. It significantly increases soil strength during stubble retention in pre-sowing and postharvest period and it helps in production with high crop yield. huminSOIL technology is based on humic and fulvic acids that are extracted from mineral rocks. Humic acid, the agent of huminSOIL technology, is produced from natural lignite or/and leonardite. Afterwards, in a water stable condition, huminSOIL contains active humus agents in dissolved forms (humate, fulvate). Its biological stability is outstanding, humus components do not separate even when mixed with water.

Humus components play a crucial role in the creation of soil structure and in managing nutrient-heat and water supplies of the soil. They provide valuable carbon source (short carbon chain substance) for the soil microorganisms – like for bacteria that obtain nutrients from the soil – and they support reproduction, which leads to an increased number of organic colloidal material in the soil.

Furthermore, huminSOIL humic acids act as electron and oxygen transfer molecules in biological systems. They indirectly work as catalysts in the plant cellular respiration system by accelerating it, which results in a greater release of energy in the cells. This process is a relief for the plant, and it provides extra energy that can be used for productivity.

With huminSOIL we can keep nutrients in a form that can easily be absorbed, thus the agents of fertilizers or biofertilizers can also be preserved in an appropriate form for absorption, which leads to a reduction of nutrient loss. huminSOIL humic acid molecules working as transport agents increase nutrient absorption and efficiency. Meanwhile, it relieves the plant and the soil from the acidifying and harmful effects of nitrogenic fertilizers.

Active soil life plays a vital role in plant production. The activity of microorganisms and soil enzymes are influenced by certain soil parameters: pH value, amount of organic carbon, trace element and mineral agent composition and amount of soluble heavy metals. With the application of huminSOIL technology, these crucial factors of soil life and plant production efficiency can be optimized, and we can create biologically active soil.

huminSOIL technology fills the soil with high purity humic and fulvic acids. By incorporating organic carbon source into the soil, germination time reduces, and the root formation becomes more intensive and accelerated, with greater and deeper root mass. Parts above the soil become more stable.

Advantages of applying huminSOIL

  • pH buffer, stops soil acidification, maintains soil pH
  • Blocks the penetration of soluble heavy metals into the plant, it keeps them bound in the soil
  • nutrient supply capability of the soil increases
  • Keeps nutrients in the soil, prevents their leaching
  • Increases the mass of humus agents in the soil
  • Soil becomes more structural
  • heat and water management of the soil improves
  • the water storage capacity of the soil increases

Applying huminSOIL technology improves the soil’s water storage capacity because humic acid has a greater water retention capacity than clay minerals.

After the harvest, spraying huminSOIL on stubble mulch ensures the rapid and complete biodegradation of the rotated root and the stem residues. It increases the absorption of soil nutrient supply and it fills the soil with organic matter. Regarding soil structure, these decomposing stem residues play a crucial role. When proper capillaries are created, the water supply capacity of the soil improves. Stem decomposition is a key factor in creating soil humus, so it is one of the most important tasks of soil science to ensure the conditions of proper decomposition.

In a lack of active carbon presence, there is no biological activity in the soil which means that microorganisms playing a vital role in decomposing cellulose are unable to do their job. By application of huminSOIL decomposition is ensured.

Application is simple, depending on the soil and plant culture 20-40 l/Ha, 200 l diluted with water, applied with field sprayer.
