With huminSOIL technology activated carbon is incorporated into the soil. It significantly increases soil strength during stubble retention in pre-sowing and postharvest period and it helps in production with high crop yield. huminSOIL technology is based on humic and fulvic acids that are extracted from mineral rocks. Humic acid, the agent of huminSOIL technology, is produced from natural lignite or/and leonardite. Afterwards, in a water stable condition, huminSOIL contains active humus agents in dissolved forms (humate, fulvate). Its biological stability is outstanding, humus components do not separate even when mixed with water.
Humus components play a crucial role in the creation of soil structure and in managing nutrient-heat and water supplies of the soil. They provide valuable carbon source (short carbon chain substance) for the soil microorganisms – like for bacteria that obtain nutrients from the soil – and they support reproduction, which leads to an increased number of organic colloidal material in the soil.
Furthermore, huminSOIL humic acids act as electron and oxygen transfer molecules in biological systems. They indirectly work as catalysts in the plant cellular respiration system by accelerating it, which results in a greater release of energy in the cells. This process is a relief for the plant, and it provides extra energy that can be used for productivity.
